REFUND/RETURN 

Because of the delicate nature of 100% remy human Barefoot Blonde Hair, once the VOID sticker that seals your extensions set is broken, you are no longer eligible for a refund. We encourage you to use the included tester weft before breaking the VOID seal to ensure the proper color match. Returns will be allowed if the tester weft is open as long as the VOID sticker is still in place and the extension set has not been opened. 

EXCHANGES 

If you discover that your Barefoot Blonde Hair does not match, with the help of the included tester weft, and the VOID sticker for the set has not been removed, you may exchange your set for another shade of your choice. 

SHIPPING (Refunds/Returns) 

If you decided to refund/return your hair, you will be deducted the cost of shipping out of your refunded amount. 

SHIPPING (Exchanges) 

Free Domestic US shipping and returns are offered for all purchases of $50 or greater. All exchanges will be treated as a return and you will be issued a store gift card to order your exchanged product.

Our return/exchange policy lasts 30 days since the time of purchase (except pre-order sales which will last 30 days from the time of shipment.) If 30 days have passed by since your purchase (or ship date for pre-order) we will not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Barefoot Blonde Hair must be unopened and unused, verified by an unbroken VOID sticker.  It must also be returned in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the status of the VOID sticker.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 amount of days (may vary depending on your bank).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@barefootblondehair.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive Barefoot Blonde Hair that is in someway defective, contact us at contact@barefootblondehair.com to initiate an exchange.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll be issued a gift card for the value of your return.
